Quality Control for Rich Presence and VOIP
This was my first role in the AAA games industry. I was given ownership of testing both Rich Presence and VOIP.
My duties for this involved:

Testing Rich Presence in all areas of the game on each platform

Checking the spelling of all the Rich Presences

Testing VOIP in each area of the game (Open World, Clans, Missions, PvP, Raid)

Testing player muting / blocking worked as intended
-
Ensuring the quality of VOIP was to a high standard

Creating documentation on the testing of these features

Reporting issues to the programmers / designers of the features
Quality Control for Episode 1 Missions
I was the embedded Quality Control member for the Episode 1 Main Missions (Manning National Zoo, Camp White Oak), as well as the Invaded version of both the missions
My duties for this involved:

Daily testing the missions for bugs

Reporting to the level and game designers any issues / feedback on the mission

Creating and testing builds with potential changes
-
Creating documentation about the missions, its contents and how to access it

Using the editors tools to find potential issues
-
Using the editor to validate assets used in the missions
-
Setting up weekly reviews for the Tech teams and Directors
-
Performance testing on PS4 and Xbox One
